Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Were assigned the Make a Difference in the Community project; and
(3) Got into groups and each group took one We The People chapter (5 - 9), read the chapter, filled out the study guide for that chapter, and presented/taught the chapter to the class.

Day 5 - September 6, 2013

Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Covered We The People Lesson 4 and PPT;
(3) Discussed Capitalism and the Political Ideologies Poster;
(4) Discussed Nike and its origins as a Case Study;
(5) Watched 'High Priced Fashion'; and
(6) Watched 'Sneakerheads.'

Day 4 - September 4, 2013

Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Covered We The People Lesson 3 and PPT;
(3) Viewed USDebtclock.org and discussed it;
(4) Viewed 'How Much Is A Trillion?' and discussed it; and
(5) Heard a story.

Day 3 - August 30, 2013

Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Discussed the happenings in Syria and how it applies to the United States;
(3) Covered We The People Lesson 3 and PPT; and
(4) Watched the ADA chapter of 'The Blame Game.'

Day 2 - August 28, 2013

Today we:
(1) Turned in the Disclosure and Student Intro. Sheet;
(2) Signed up for Current Events for the 1st Quarter;
(3) Took the 1st Quarter Pre-Test;
(4) Received a copy of the Walkaway Concepts for the 1st Quarter;
(5) Were introduced to Mr. Schaber's blog and website;
(6) Viewed and discussed "Earth City"; and
(7) Did We The People Lesson 1 and PPT.
