(2) Completed Lesson 4 Study Guide and PPT;
(3) Discussed Capitalism - viewed and discussed the '2 Cow' poster and discussed Nike and its origins;
(4) Watched Stossel's 'High-Priced Fashion' video clip; and
(5) Watched Stossel's 'Price Gouging' clip.

Day 3 (2nd Semester) - January 28

Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Covered Lesson 2 Study Guide and PPT;
(3) Covered Lesson 3 Study Guide and PPT;
(4) Got the Country Assignment (due Feb. 5);
(5) Got the permission slip to watch Hotel Rwanda; and
(6) Were assigned the Make A Difference in Your Community service project (due Feb. 22).

Day 2 (2nd Semester) - January 24

Today we:
(1) Did student Current Events;
(2) Checked out textbooks to students;
(3) Introduced Mr. Schaber's website and class blog;
(4) Covered Lesson 1 Study Guide and PPT; and
(5) Went over the 'Thinkers' worksheet in the packet.

Day 1 (2nd Semester) - January 22

(1) Did a Welcome to the class;
(2) Did 'How Much Do You Know About Government?' sheet;
(3) Got the Disclosure and 1 page bio questions;
(4) Viewed Schaber's PPT introduction;
(5) Viewed the Earth City project and discussed it; and
(6) Signed up for 1st Quarter Current Events.

Day 44 (January 16)

(1) Turned in the remainder of the work packet - WTP Lessons 35-38, Citizenship Test, and 2 worksheets; and
(2) Listened to stories and wrapped up the class.

(2) Covered We The People Lesson 38 and PPT; and
(3) Heard a story.

Day 42 (January 10)

Today we:
(1) Did Current Events;
(2) Went over the worksheets 'Federal, Local, State Responsibilities' and 'Whose Jurisdiction?'; and
(3) Covered We The People Lesson 37.

Day 41 (January 8)
